THE ELEMENTS OF
THE INFRARED HEATING SYSTEM |

The infrared heating system has two parts: the heating elements and the
thermoregulator (thermostat).
| Construction
and properties of the heating elements |
The heating elements are composed of two electroinsulator foils having the infrared radiant element
between. The radiant element is composed of electrical conductors and an aluminium screen, with
a total thickness of 0,3-0,4 mm.
The electrical conductors are made of an alloy of precious metals which ensures the required value
of the electrical resistance and are positioned in a zig-zag shape.
The heating element includes the cable for connecting to the power network.
When the electric current passes through the conductor ( the resistive heating foil ) this warms up to 45

The emitted heat is transmitted to the aluminium foil whose surface heats up to 43-44 ºC
and radiates the heat as infrared beams.
The surface of the ceiling reaches then 30-32 ºC.

One of its important qualities is the long life duration of the system.
The warranty term is 25 years from the date of mounting.
The life time from the mounting date exceeds 50 years.
Such a life time is reached due to the fact that in functioning the component elements of the
system operates in their temperature storage range.
The resistive material has the melting temperature higher than 1500 ºC, the aluminium screen
higher than 600 ºC and the polymer foil higher than 350 ºC.
The system is relatively easy (a square meter has aprox. 700 grams), flexible, it can be transported
and stored in rolls with the interior diameter of 8 - 10 cm.
It does not require maintenance, it's harmless and ecological.

The system is mounted on the surface of the ceiling and is used as the main or additional heating:
- group A: houses, schools, kindergardens, medical clinics.
- grupa B: hotels, industrial halls, etc.
- grupa C: garages, warehouses, storage rooms.
The heating elements are made in a large range of dimensions, to correspond to a high diversity
of using spaces types, as the main or additional heating system.
The basic model is 180/220, wich corresponds to STAS - TY3468-001-0042006-99 standards
(maximum power 180 W/square meter and operating voltage 220 V).

- Contract with the Medical Science Center (the system can be used for heating calssrooms
or other spaces for children, providing the respecting of safety norms).

| Health |
The system does not heats the air, but the objects in the rooms, the heat radiated by these
ensures the thermic comfort.
The infrared beams have a benefic effect on the human body compensating the lack of solar beams
during cold seasons.

| Safety |
The system does not harm the health, proved by the medical-epidemiological
certificates.

| Design |
Unless many of the traditional heating systems, the infrared heating system
can be covered with any type of decor, except the metallic ones.
Mounting is simple and does not require speciality knowledge. |
| Economy |
- energetic efficiency, keeps a constant temperature
- 10 W/sqm ensures the heating of a large surface, especially where the ceiling is not higher than 3 m |

The thermoregulator measures the temperature in the room by a built-in transducer and adjusts the
functioning of the heating elements according to the difference between the planned and the real temperature.
Like this the required temperature is maintained regardless of the exterior temperature variations and by
the regulated functioning of the heating elements the power consumption is reduced to the neccessary minimum.
